Measurement And Planned Development, Inc., was founded in 1993 for the purpose of developing and providing software for measuring and describing human behavior. The company name was changed to Personality Measurement And Planned Development (PMAPD) in 2010 to more accurately identify the purpose of the company.
PMAPD serves two communities: Licensed mental health providers and associated professionals; and everyone seeking self-understanding.
